Please note: There is a $35 nonrefundable registration fee per child per summer term.

Registrants must be entering 1st through 5th grade in the Fall of 2009. Children can be registered for any number of the program's three sessions.

Risk and Consent and Transportation Forms must be submitted for each registered a child four weeks prior to the start of the summer program.. To download these forms now, click on the following links (these are PDF files):

These forms will also be mailed to you upon registration.

Refund Policy

You may withdraw via telephone or a written request. If the request is received prior to the refund deadline posted you will receive a 100 percent refund, less the $35 nonrefundable registration fee. Fees cannot be refunded after the deadline unless there are extenuating circumstances. A complete refund will be made in the unlikely event that the session has been canceled by UW Educational Outreach.
