This program provides a comprehensive examination of project management processes, integrating technical tools with leadership and team communication skills. Individuals with experience in any industry who have projects to develop and deliver benefit from this program. Students work in teams to develop real-life projects or documented project management processes as they acquire new tools and concepts. Each team member learns technical aspects of project management planning and execution methods as well as people skills that are critical to successful projects.

All of our project management courses apply as professional development units towards the Project Management Professional certification exam offered by the Project Management Institute.
